And guess what? If you are attending Big Shots class this week, this is one of the projects you'll be making! There is still time to register.......
Anyway, the tote is made with two boxes created with the Bigz XL Box #2 Die and the Big Shot. You do need the extended cutting pads for this one and I used my Extended Crease Pad in place of my top Cutting Pad.
After I die cut two boxes out of Almost Amethyst cardstock, I cut off the small side flaps and assembled the boxes, not creasing the top flap.
I used the Tea Party Designer Series Paper to decorate the inside pieces then took my Large Oval Punch to punch a handle in just one box first, then attached them together with Sticky Strip. Once they were attached, I used the first handle hole as a guide and punched the other side. You should never punch through 2 pieces of cardstock at one time with your handheld punches, it can damage them.
Then I just decorated it up using a variety of cardstock, brads, ribbon and Big Shot Dies. The full list is at the bottom of this post.
I hope you are having a great Tuesday - be sure to do something fun today! Hey, go stamp something!
