#Thankful29 Project - A Card a Day in November (Day 10)

Today is Veteran's Day - a time to say "Thank You" for all of our Veterans who have served our nation with honor in the Armed Forces. 

My Father was in the Army, a member of the Honor Guard and served the whole first year of his marriage to my Mom in Korea. I know that was a huge sacrifice for them both, but no more than the sacrifices our military men and women make on a daily basis still today. 
To our Military Veterans - 
I'm so grateful for your service to our nation - Thank You!

I love this time of year and I especially love that so many choose November as a month to reflect and be thankful for the blessings in their lives.

Today, I am remembering my Dad and am thankful for his constant love and presence in my life. I miss him terribly, but he left a legacy of love and encouragement that keeps him close in my heart.
