It's a super simple card to create - even the hand cut bi-plane is a cinch. Well, lets be honest, no hand cutting is fun, but this one isn't too bad if you don't get all crazy and try to cut out between the wings. 

Otherwise, this cutie is just simple layering and the bi-plane is popped up on some dimensionals. Add a rhinestone to the propeller and you're done. Easy-peasy!
